The view from our back deck is – well, lovely, actually. As the snow swirls horizontally around our house, we’ve had the luxury of sleeping in, making waffles and getting a start on blog posts that haven’t happened since the holidays. If you’re up for a snowy commute, be safe and stay warm!

2010 has been a big year for us, individually and certainly for Union Jack Creative. As we make final preparations for our New Year’s Eve fete, here’s a look at our past year – in projects, travels, events, art and design. Wishing everyone a happy new year, safe travels and festive celebrations! 2011, we’ve got […]
Friends, we’ve been neglectful. I apologize. The past 10 days have been, shall we say, distracting. Much has gone on, with Jack preparing to move on to new and exciting exploits in the Land of Day Jobs, and our whirlwind tour of Art Basel | Miami Beach this weekend; we’ll do our best to get […]

We’ll keep our fingers crossed that you, like Jack and me, are fortunate enough to have an extra day away from the office this weekend. Spend it wisely, and enjoy – a safe and happy Labor Day to all!
This weekend, we finally made our way to New York to see Doug and Mike Starn’s Big Bambú exhibit at the Met. It was delightful.
We did some wine tasting this weekend in the Finger Lakes region of New York with family, and made a stop at Bellwether Hard Cider in Trumansburg. We expected the cider to be on the sweeter side, and were pleasantly surprised to find much drier offerings. A bottle may have been purchased to allow for mimosas […]
