Most days, Jack and I inhabit very different parts of the internet. Occasionally, we’re drawn to the same things independently: this project from Tokyo-based studio YOY was one of those things.
CANVAS is a series of furniture, printed with furniture. A frame of wood and aluminum is covered with an elastic fabric, printed with a canvas texture and an image of classic seating.
The effect is a little unnerving, don’t you think?
