Arguably, I could have included all of my photos from Pittsburgh’s Mattress Factory in yesterday’s recap, but I think these deserved a space all their own.
We started our tour of the museum at the basement level, and I was immediately drawn to the variety of textures and wall surfaces present before we even got to an installation.
The building and the grounds are composed of myriad materials – some old, some new(er) – and Jack grew a bit weary of me snapping photos of blank walls instead of art, but as I looked back through the shots yesterday I was still smitten.
