If you don’t like the weather, wait a minute, but the next couple of days are likely to be misty and grey like today in Boston.
When Henrik Uldalen’s oil paintings came across my monitor, they felt fitting next to the watery non-view from my window. The light palette and abstracted breakdown in the otherwise impeccable portraits feels as if the subjects, too, are lost in a windy mist as they go about their day.
The Norwegian artist has works with a darker—though still muted—palette as well, which are also bewitching.
See much, much more on the artist’s Saatchi Art page and website.
Stay dry out there, Boston!
